Fabergé, iconic artist jeweller, is a proud sponsor of the 2013 Coutts Polo at the Palace, a prestigious two-day social and sporting event hosted by the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi on 22nd and 23rd November. Under the official Royal Patronage of H.H. Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, the event is also sponsored by Coutts, Maserati and La Martina.
The exclusive event, attracting the international polo elite, high society and VIP guests, is a key fixture in the region’s sporting calendar and will welcome international polo teams from Abu Dhabi, Milan, Buenos Aires and London. Team Fabergé will play for London and the tournament will take place over two days in the spectacular gardens of the Emirates Palace under the new ‘Palace Polo Rules’.
Fabergé will set up a boutique in the VIP area where clients will be able to discover and purchase the latest jewellery collections, including a series of one-of-a-kind cocktail rings featuring exceptional
gemstones such as emeralds, sapphires and a rare Golconda diamond. In addition, Fabergé will host a series of exclusive events in partnership with private bank Coutts and luxury yacht company Edmiston.
To commemorate National Day, Fabergé has created a special egg pendant set with precious gemstones in the colours of the United Arab Emirates flag, in a limited edition of only seven pendants, to represent the seven Emirates.
Fabergé’s sponsorship of Coutts Polo at the Palace coincides with a wider series of initiatives in the Gulf region this autumn, comprising private client events, outdoor and print advertising and a high profile
campaign takeover of the Dubai Mall. Fabergé collections are currently available in the Middle East through Damas in Dubai and Alfardan in Doha.
