Lenore Brown-Phillips - Account Executive

Lenore's professional career in the equestrian industry literally started from the ground up. After graduating from Hood College, Lenore started working with top professional athletes, including international superstars Leslie Howard and Peter Leone as a groom and manager. After traveling to many of North America's premier horse show venues including Spruce Meadows and the Winter Equestrian Festival, Lenore began working for the prominent veterinary clinic of John R. Steele and Associates, as an assistant to the United States Showjumping Team Veterinarian, Timothy R. Ober, DVM. Most recently, Lenore worked at JRPR Public Relations.
A true lifelong equestrian, Lenore was raised on her parents horse farm in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. After showing extensively in the hunter and jumper divisions as a junior, she received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Art History from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
Lenore is thrilled to add her skills in athlete management, brand development, product marketing and social media strategy to Phelps Media Group.
Devaney Iglesias - Junior Account Executive

Devaney Iglesias brings to Phelps Media Group strong skills in developing and integrating brand campaigns, social media innovation and strategy, enhancing brand visibility within target audiences, sponsorship optimization and activation.
 
Devaney graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in Spanish and continued her education at Marshall University, graduating with a Master of Arts in Communications.
 
Throughout her career in academia, Devaney specialized in sports communication. As a full-time student, she worked with the athletic programs of UF and Marshall, traveled across the country to various sporting events, and worked with the media, athletes and coaches.
 
Upon graduation, Devaney worked as a project manager for Huddle, Inc. With the grass-roots marketing company, Devaney led the charge on multiple accounts, working day-to-day with clients such as Lord & Taylor, McDonald's, O'Reilly Auto Parts and DICK'S Sporting Goods, to name a few.
 
A South Florida native, Devaney spent her childhood riding and competing in local hunter/jumper shows aboard her horse, General Mac.

Sarah Harper - Junior Account Executive

Sarah Harper holds Master's degrees in Library and Information Science and European Studies. Her background includes academic librarianship as well as web and user experience design. Her extensive experience in user experience design (content audits, sitemaps, wireframe and prototype development), website strategy and optimization for clients, social media strategy and event planning will enable her to deliver outstanding results for PMG clients.
 
Sarah is a lifelong equestrian with a strong background in three-day eventing and dressage. She competed in dressage through third level and trained through Grand Prix. She has a varied equine background including farm management and as a working student for former US Olympic team member Jane Sleeper.

Lauren Baker - Account Coordinator

A former Phelps Media Group intern, Lauren Baker joined the PMG team after graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in public relations, where she also specialized in business administration and minored in Spanish.

At Phelps Media Group, Lauren combines her passions for communication, graphic design and horses to deliver the best possible results for her clients. She possesses a number of valuable visual design skills, including graphic design and layout, video editing and mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.

Lauren possesses a wealth of experience in hunters, jumpers  and polo, but she holds a special place in her heart for ponies.
